He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Karen; his children, Nathan, Kayla Thorpe (Colin) and Troy (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Jace Chadwick and Cormac Thorpe; his siblings, Kelly, Scott and Rebecca Stanley; his stepmother Leota; his mother-in-law Rita Kaniewski; his parents, Leslie Chadwick and Leona Chadwick; his son Nate; his grandchildren, Tate and Lizzie; and his pets, Chauncey and Maverick. He was also cherished by aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
Burial to follow Mass at Chapel Hill Cemetery (4775 S 60th St, Greenfield.) Memorials to the family appreciated.
