He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia; his sons, John and Donald; and his siblings, Francis (late Jean) and James (late Sandy).
He is survived by: his children, Robert (Lori), Judy Williamschen, Jeffrey (Renee), Paul (Tammy) and Dave (Kelly); his grandchildren, Jaime, Joanne (Paul) and Lyndsie; and his siblings, Thomas (Jean) and Gabriele (late Maurice). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in John's name to a veterans organization are appreciated.
