He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Matthew (Kimberly) and Katie (Joel); and his grandchildren, Hailey, Gage, Dakota, Kyra, Skylar, Paityn, Cain, Jaxon, Chase and Dominic. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
