It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Ruth Sponder (South Milwaukee, Wisconsin), who passed away on January 1, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph F. Sponder (Joe); her siblings, Sophia Holtz (Prohl), Louise Ekes (Prohl) and William Prohl; and her parents, William Prohl and Helen A. Prohl (Drom).

She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Sponder; her friend Audrey (Esch); her son Jeff; her pets, Cockatiel and Jean; and also Jeff.
