He is survived by: his children, Rylan and Anthony; his parents, Todd Cinkosky (late Dawn) and Tammy Sobon (Paul); his sister Rebecca Merkel (James); and his stepbrother Shane Kuntzsch (Nicole). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins, other family and many friends.
