She was predeceased by: her parents, John Seizyk and Josephine Seizyk; her siblings, JoAnn Korpal (Gordon) and John Seizyk (Patricia); and also Kim Trudell (Brian).
She is survived by: her niece Susan Strelow (Randal); her great-nieces, Sierra Rose, Jasmine and Ginger; her great-nephew Paul; and her close friend Ken Jund. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
