He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia; and his brothers, Leonard, Ervin (Mickey) and Robert (Therese). He is survived by: his sons, Rick (Elisabeth), Jeffery (Lori) and Gregory; his grandchildren, Sarah, Joseph, Brandon and Joshua; and his stepgrandchildren, Dale and Emily. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other loved relatives and friends.
