He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert and Clara; and his siblings, Shirley Harvey, Thomas and Glenn.

He is survived by: his wife Laura; his daughters, Melissa Thorsen (Jon) and Jennifer White; his grandchild Marlee; and his siblings, David and Sherri. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wisconsin Donors Network in Jim's name would be greatly appreciated.
