He was predeceased by: his son James Peroceschi (Annette); his parents, Pompillio Peroceschi and Mary Peroceschi; and his siblings, Art, Bob and Darlene (Chuck).
He is survived by: his wife Janet; his sons, Jack Jr. Peroceschi (Maryann) and Joe Peroceschi (Cindy); his grandchildren, Jim Jr. Peroceschi, Jacob Peroceschi (Jessica), Dena Peroceschi Sprain (Brian), Abbey Hirsch (Nick), Amber DelGrosso (Brian) and Ashley Peroceschi; his great grandchildren, Eva Peroceschi, Chance Sprain, Izzy Peroceschi and Grace Peroceschi; his mother-in-law Norma Engman (late Anthony); and his siblings-in-law, Darryl Engman (Char), Loreli Woodcoch (Larry) and Arlyn Engman (Bonnie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
