She was predeceased by: her child Russell Look; and her grandchild Steven Look. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Paluso, Michael Look (Debra) and Kenneth Siwieck (Betty); her grandchildren, Cindy Albers (Troy), Bill Paluso, Gina Fracano (Tony), Joshua Look (Catholine) and Samantha Siwieck; and her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Anna Marie, Xavier and Gideon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials to Hometown Hospice in Hattie's memory are appreciated.
