He is survived by: his siblings, George Moats, Grace Petersen, Barb Cleasly and Donny Moats; his significant other Jean Moats; his children, Vickie Stefanski (David), Cheryl Stefanski (Daniel), Terry Moats, Lori Moats, Dale Moats (Mary), Lisa Olbinski (Todd) and Kristi Moats; and his grandchildren, Christopher, Isaac, Jason, Courtney, Brooke, Steven, Kiana and Samantha.
