He is survived by: his wife Linda Warner (Orlowski); his children, Adam Fredricksen and Natalie Warner; his grandchildren, Alexander (Valeria), Erik, Ian Fredricksen, Harrison and Penelope Rodriguez; his mother Gloria Warner-Tzioumis; and his sister Deborah Kriese (William).
