He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund and Leona; his wife Julie; his siblings, Margaret, James and Richard; and his sister-in-law Beverly.
He is survived by: his children, Mike (Barb), Kathy Tetzlaff, Pat (Pam) of Delavan, WI and Eileen Christensen (Carl) of Mount Pleasant, WI; his grandchildren, Matthew Polster, Daniel Tetzlaff, David Tetzlaff, Alex Polster, Emily Thornsen (Nick), Ashley Kassen (Ryan), Allison Saley (Trevor), Rebecca and Samantha Christensen; and his sister-in-law Katie Polster. He is also survived by his 4 great grandchildren.
