He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine Glembin. He is survived by: his children, Mark Glembin (late Karen) and Gail Reck (Michael); and his grandchildren, Erik Glembin (Liz), Christine Glembin (late Jason), Sarah Nichols (Tyler) and Elizabeth Reck (late Stuart). He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
