He is survived by: his children, Debbie Cizmowski (Jeff), Cal (Heather) and Denise Page (Jim); his grandchildren, Ashley (Dave), Kayla (Chris), Kaz (Mylinda), Zach (Zabrina), Sarah and Megan; his great grandchild Connor; his sister Pearl; and his spouse Further. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
