He was predeceased by: his wife Jane; and his sister Lil Jung (late Ernie). He is survived by: his children, Karen Griffith (Bill) and Al Gilanyi (Chris); his grandchildren, Fred Karol (Amanda), Kim McFarlin (Mike), Tim Karol (Lindsey), Mike Gilanyi (Tami), Dan Gilanyi (Lauren) and Josh Gilanyi; and his siblings, Margaret Snook (late Lee), Lorraine Amendola (late Jim), Paul Gilanyi (late Jean) and Ken Gilanyi (Sandy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
