“I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Gordy when I was on the School Engineer sub crew. Mr. Gordy was eager to teach me stuff about the position and said one thing that stays with me to this day. "Never hold grudges because as a Engineer, people will get upset with you when you have to direct or correct them or even issue an incident report. Give them a day or two and they will come around. Be there for them." He was always happy and outgoing. My condolences to his family and friends.”

I have a lot of respect for him because would still come over and show me some things around the building that I was never shown. He would sit down and talk to you like he really care about you. I meet his wife to and, she was just the same. I will always have a good memory about him. My condolences to the family.”
