He is survived by: his wife Carol A.; his children, Christopher Thorn, Theresa Moen (Mark), Kelly Dulka (Jeff) and Jessica Thorn; his grandchildren, Angela, Nicholas, Chelsea, Perry, Madeline, Claudia, Vanessa, Natalie, Carly and Christopher; his great grandchildren, Macayla, Logan, Averah, Zak, Madison, Bryce, Pepper, Jhett, Otto, Levi, Penelope, Elliot, George, Isaac, Solomon and Everett; his brother Richard "Dick" Thorn; and his nieces, Janis and Marsha. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
