She is survived by: her children, Mark Osiecki (Cindy), John Osiecki (Kristi), Barbara Stormoen (Thomas), Susanne Jablonowski (Brian) and Donald Osiecki (Sherry); and her grandchildren, Nicholas Stormoen (Samantha), Michael Osiecki, Kelli DeRan (Christian), David Osiecki, Ryan Osiecki, Stephanie Krueger (Ryan), Julie Eusebio (Brian), Rachel Thompson (Andrew), Johnny Jablonowski (Holly) and Tyler Osiecki.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Divine Mercy Parish for masses, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation or National Multiple Sclerosis Society appreciated.
