He was predeceased by: his son Michael Meyer (Bobbi); his parents, Edward Meyer and Elizabeth Meyer; and his in-laws, William and Lucy Markert.

He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Swanson (Del) and Therese Pekar; his grandchildren, Matthew (Alexa), Karleigh (Paul), Megan (Michael), Hannah (Randy), Michalia, Jordan and Emily; his great grandchildren, Aubree, Addison, Addilyn, Hailey and Kole; his sister Sharon; his siblings-in-law, Claire Schaefer (Bob), LucyAnn Yocum (Bob) and Carol Mackovsky (Jack); and his caregiver Ed. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM.
