She was predeceased by: her parents, Myron Forecki and Esther Forecki (Ciula); and her husband Keith Musolff. She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Richardson (Pete), Beth Buettner (Buettner) and Katie Musolff (Andy Fletcher); her grandchildren, Story and Grayson Buettner; and her siblings, David, Don and Linda.
