He was predeceased by: his wife Della Rouse; and his former wife Viola M. Lipp. He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Frohna (Richard), Daniel C. Rouse, Laurie Williams (BJ Amo), Shawn Rouse and Perry Rouse; and his brother Robert Rouse (LaVerne). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.

Due to the current pandemic, private services will be held.
