She was predeceased by: her brother Dennis Jurkowski; and her parents, Anthony Jurkowski and Alice Jurkowski. She is survived by: her daughters, Sara Bredeson (Ryan), Amanda Maske (Joel) and Kayla Schultz; her close friend Brian Dassow; her grandchildren, Stella, Izabella, Emmett and Scarlette; and her sister Charlene Brice. She is also survived by other relatives, friends, and pets.
