It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Caroline M. Medek (South Milwaukee, Wisconsin), who passed away on July 25, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Engelbert (Bert); her parents, William Atkinson and Agnes Atkinson; her siblings, Alice Atkinson, Virginia Philbrick, Elizabeth Rashka and William Atkinson; her children, Bert Jr., Hildegarde, Debbie and Andy; and her grandchildren, Micayla Medek and Christopher Kukowski.
She is survived by: her children, Joe (Barb), Jenny Zakovich (Gerry), Steve (Marie), Teresa Strom (Roger), Donna, Greg (Rena) and Karen; her sister Catherine Busch; and her close friend Dolores Walters. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great granddaughter.
