She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Dombrowski (David) and Karen Dunham (Christopher); her grandchildren, Lisa Surprenant (Lee), Brian Dombrowski, Dylan and Paige Dunham; and her great grandchildren, Emily and Autumn Surprenant. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
