He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Lieber (Jon). He is survived by: his spouse Gaomormee "Monica" Yang; his children, Justin, Johnathan, Saphara and Brayden; his father Zoan Kulinski (Susan); his siblings, Jennifer Poulin (Gary), Elizabeth Angove (Brandon) and Adam Lieber (Brittany); and his niece Alyssa. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, cousins, other relatives, and many friends.
