He was predeceased by: his father John. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth, Breanna, Gianna and Hannah; his grandchildren, Mason and Elena; his mother Roxanne; and his sisters, Tammy, Debbie and Staci. He is also survived by nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends.
