She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Hay and Thomas Hay; and her sister Patricia Knop. She is survived by: her children, Michael (Dawn), Terry (Kathy), Nancy Gentz (Randy), Jane Pierce (Bill), James (Lori), Janet Brown (Dennis) and Diane Steeno; and her grandchildren, Adam, Laura, Jason, Kevin, Jamie, Jessica, Samantha, Ricky, Sara, Stacey and Tyler. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to Christ United Methodist Church, Zilber Hospice or St Jude Children's Hospital.
