She was predeceased by: her grandchild Joshua; her parent Chester Jakubowski; and her sibling Ralph Jakubowski. She is survived by: her children, Thomas (Tracey), Diane Buncich (Jay) and Christopher (Ashley); her grandchildren, Hank, Allison, Dakota, Brianna, Aimee Fellenz (Jason), Miranda and Kennedy; her great grandchildren, Denali Fellenz and Diesel Fellenz; her parent Clara Jakubowski; her siblings, Anita Huck and Ronald Jakubowski; and also James P. Glembin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
