She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Thomas V. Spenner Sr.; and her children, Thomas V. Spenner Jr., Karen Spenner, Robert Spenner (Pamela) and Richard Spenner.

She would crochet many blankets and donate them to nursing homes as gifts for birthdays and holidays.
