She was predeceased by: her son David M. Drake (Susan); and her grandchild Maddie Drake. She is survived by: her husband James A Smith; her daughter Sara Anne Mahaffey (James); her grandchildren, Shannon Suchon, Matt Drake, Casey Riske (Christal), Carissa Riske, Jake Drake, Sydni Drake, Laura Drake, Kassidy Mahaffey and David C. Drake; and her brothers, Timothy Hopper and Jon Hopper (Nanette). She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
