He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Roepke and Florence Roepke; his daughter Mary Beth Roepke; his grandmother Hazel Clayton; and his uncle Clyde Clayton.

He is survived by: his former wife Marlene K. Pittman; his son Glen Arthur Roepke; his grandsons, Orion Roepke and Zayne Roepke; his sister Velvet Peterson (Todd); his nephew Jacob Peterson; his uncle Richard Clayton; his cousins, Elli and Alex; his significant other Cynthia Jo Patrick; and his partner's son Justin Patrick.
