He is survived by: his daughters, Trace Polzin (Brent), Kari "Jo" Ellingworth (Dave), Cassie Rowland (David) and Katie Meyer (Brandon); his grandchildren, Dean, John, Aspen, Benjamin and Hank; his siblings, Deb Polzin, Denise Hartenstein (Scott) and Doug Polzin (Holly); and his nieces and nephews, Matt, Ellen, Laina, Alicia, Troy, Piper and Payton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
