He is survived by: his wife Jennie; his sons, Rory (Sheridee) and Dirk (Julie); his grandchildren, Randi Forliti (Pat), Kirsten Keding (Jamis), Michelle Curcio (Frank), Daniel Tate (Nicole), Alexander Tate and Caitlin Tate; and his sister Marcella Mourlam (Virgil).
