He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Strzalko and Honorata Strzalko (Stuck). He is survived by: his wife Geraldine "Gerry" Hoffmann; his children, Douglas Strzalko (Christine), Carl Strzalko (Christie) and Paula Huggins (Jim); his grandchildren, Ryan, Natalie, Mitchell, Emily and Hunter; and his great grandchild Saylor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
