He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis N. Mann and Mary B. Mann (Voight). He is survived by: his wife Susan Lawler; his daughter Allison Webster (Brian) of Scottsdale, AZ; his grandchildren, Quinn and Madison Webster; his sister Barbara Morrill (Gary) of LaBelle, FL; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Martin, Sandy Mackey (Randy), Barbara Brownell Thompson (Neil), Karen Mollette and Gary Lawler (Shirley). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
