Matushak of Solon Springs, Wisconsin, born in Superior, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 31, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Matushak and Phyllis Matushak (Bradshaw). He is survived by: his former wife Kathleen Niemi; his wife Kathie; his sons, Jay Matushak (Erin) of Edina and Chad Matushak (Kristi) of Superior; his grandchildren, Kellen, Grant, Jameson, Addison and Julia; his brother Brad Matushak (Barb) of Webster, WI; and his stepmother Laraine Matushak. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
