He is survived by: his children, Bridget Kubala of Superior, WI, Keith Kubala of Eau Claire, WI and Mike Kubala (Nicole); the mother of his children Karen Kubala of Superior, WI; his grandchildren, Colburn and Crosby; his siblings, Tom Kubala of Chicago, IL and Kim Mathias (Bob) of Anaheim, CA; and his aunt Dorothy Nord (Leon) of Superior, WI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
