He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joseph and Lorraine Mullikin; his uncles, Robert Maruna, Donald Mullikin, Sr. and Larry Mullikin; his aunt Charlene Thermes; his grandparents, Jesse and Wilma Salmon; and his aunts and uncles, Fred Salmon, William Salmon, Harold Salmon, Larry Salmon, Ronald Salmon, Crystal Landsness (Salmon), James Salmon and Margaret Hazen (Salmon).
He is survived by: his parents, Bruce Salmon and Deborah Salmon (Mullikin) of Wauzeka; his sisters, Tammy Salmon-Stephens (Doug) of Platteville, WI, Michelle Breuer (Tom) of Bloomington, WI and Dr. Tiffany Akins (Matt) of Arpin, WI; and his nieces and nephews, Maria Breuer (Nicholas Johnson), Mary Jane Kamps (Luke), Emma Breuer, Madeline Akins, James Breuer (Hailie Christiansen) and William Akins.
