He is survived by: his former wife Linda Geiser; his children, Leslie Jensen (Kyle), Brian Berg and Nathan Berg (Jessica); and his siblings, April Van Rens (Jan), Gary Berg (Elaine) and Trina Ames (Arnie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
