He was predeceased by: his parents, Gary McClaren and Doris Jean McClaren (Long); his granddaughters, Kimberly and Ariana; and his siblings, Terry and Jody.
He is survived by: his significant other Joy Deal of Soldiers Grove; his children, Robert Lee McClaren (Carrie) of Oelwein, IA and Barbara Jeanne McClaren of Soldiers Grove; his grandchildren, Michael, Kayden, Landon, David Jr., Noah, Cheyenne and Willow; and his siblings, Perry McClaren of Oelwein, IA and Deborah Hedburg of Soldiers Grove.
The family requests memorials be directed to the family for funeral expenses.
