He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Kazmierczak and Mary Kazmierczak (Gadzinska); his siblings, Raymond Kazmierczak (Anne) and Leona Taylor (Richard); his nephew Mike Kazmierczak; his great-nephew Joseph Diakow; and also Andrew S. "Drew" Westfallen.

He is survived by: his nieces, Connie Kazmierczak, Joyce Tracy (Mike), Mary Kazmierczak and Margaret Endicott (George); and his nephew Raymond Kazmierczak (Maureen).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Oconto County Humane Society, as Vince was a dog lover.
