He is survived by: his daughter Anne Marie; his wife Mary Cook; his son Rob; his sister Agnes Winiecki; his siblings-in-law, Jerry Safford and Mary Warner Bartella; and also, Frank Cook (Maggie) and John Cook. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
