She was predeceased by: her parents, John Muraski and Sophie Muraski (Pawlak); her husband Joseph Szela; her son Joseph; her grandson Dean Szela; her siblings, Dorothy Davis (Chet), Eleanor Truskowski (Ed), Josephine Diederich (Vincent), Lillian Szela (Mike), Jane LyBarger (Clyde), Elizabeth VanErem (Knowlton), Leo Muraski (Bea), Edwin Muraski and Robert Muraski (Alma); and her siblings-in-law, John Shella, Mary Barys, Frank Szela, Mike Szela, Elizabeth Dziergas and Chesterine Radon.
She is survived by: her children, Gene Szela (Kim McCorison), Kathy Jaworski (Ron), Pam Milewski (Doug) and David Szela (Kim); her grandchildren, Keith Szela, Jamie Szela (Jennifer Anderson), Andrea Szela (Chris Woodke), William Jaworski (Jennifer), Jessica Oppermann (Sheldon), Mike Milewski (Katy), Tim Milewski, Kelly Schlitt (Brian), Lisa Szela (Joe Steuck) and Laura Abegglen (Adam); her great grandchildren, Alex, Matthew, Tyler, Nicholas, Kayla, Maddie, Cora, Blake and Laiken Mary; and her siblings, Carol Wakeman, Evelyn Engbretson and Donald Muraski. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Giving to others was always so important to Mary; she has decided to donate her body to medical science, therefore, burial will be at a later time in St. John Cantius Cemetery, Sobieski. The family respectfully asks that no flowers be sent.
