She is survived by: her daughter Lori Ann Fahrbach (Stuart); her granddaughters, Nicole Rae Le Sage (Kevin) and Danielle Jo Beilke (Shawn); her great grandchild Willow Lillian; her godchildren, Rita Moore, Jackie Galkowski, James Spice and Joel Dziekan; and also, Kyra Smithers (Jason), Drennen, Jovie, Rhea and Taren Fahrbach.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
