He was predeceased by: his grandfather Daniel Johnson. He is survived by: his parents, Randy and Janet; his sibling Brook; his grandparents, Shirley, Jerome and Katherine Stuettgen; his aunt Carol Showalter (Ray); his uncles, Paul Stuettgen and David Stuettgen (Molly); and his cousins, Sean, Evan and Della. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
