He was predeceased by: his parents, Natalie Johnson (Mlodzik) and William Johnson; his brother William Schwartz; and his mother-in-law Janet. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Tracy (Rich), Jason (Mel) and Brian (Johnna); his stepchildren, Shane (Laurie) and Lisa (Mike); his grandchildren, Jordan, Jaxson, Hayden, Miley, Nikolynn, Zoe and Wyatt; his stepgrandchildren, Kyle, Chelsea (Jarret), Paige, Carson and Christian; his stepgreat-grandson Bentley; his sister Julie; and his siblings-in-law, Gary (Marion), Bruce (Cheryl), Diane and Linda (Daryl). He is also survived by many friends and relatives.
