He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Hoag and Helen Hoag; and his nephew Brian Giddins. He is survived by: his siblings, Sue Green of Bartlett, IL, Patricia Evensen (Robert) of Fort Atkinson, WI, Cathy Oyston, Sandra Giddins of Steiger, IL and Charles Hoag (Gayle) of Winfield, IL.; his goddaughter Tina Garza of Kaukana, WI; and his friend Mark Beth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
