We are sad to announce that on April 4, 2018, at the age of 101, Ruth Schwartz (Slinger, Wisconsin), born in Jersey City, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Ross O. Fowler Jr. and Elmer B. Schwartz; her sons, Richard T. Fowler and James S. Fowler; her grandson Brian Fowler; and also Elmer Schwartz.
She is survived by: her son Ross O. Fowler III. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
