He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert and Olive; his siblings, James, Harold (Kay), Thomas, Judith Hansen (Doug) and Joan Retzlaff (Arnie); and his siblings-in-law, Dale Zingsheim, Ronald Rolsma, Donald Griffin, Gerald Lofy (Lucille) and Linda Beine.
He is survived by: his wife Joan; his daughters, Bethann Ambrose (David), Denise Palash (Carl), Jeanine Jensen (Bo) and Kristine Gill (Scott); his grandchildren, Christopher Ambrose, Ryan Palash, Amanda Palash (Josh Nucian), Andrew Palash and Megan Jensen; his siblings, Norman, Jean Zingsheim (Bob Becker), Jane Szivulka and Karen Griffin; and his sister-in-law Barbara Beine. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
